Andy Garcia has joined the cast of the fourth “The Expendables” feature at Lionsgate and Millennium Media.
Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture and Sylvester Stallone are set to reprise their roles from the previous three installments and are joined by Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson, Megan Fox and Tony Jaa.
Garcia will play a CIA agent assigned to accompany the Expendables on their dangerous mission. Spenser Cohen wrote the script, with revisions by Max Adams and John Joseph Connolly.
Stuntman-turned-helmer Scott Waugh is set to direct with shooting scheduled to begin in October.
