Amazon’s original series “Reacher,” based on Lee Child’s best-selling Jack Reacher novels, has been casting up with more names joining Alan Ritchson in the title role.
The first season is based on the Georgia-set first novel “The Killing Floor” and is being executive produced and showrun by Nick Santora (“Scorpion”) for Amazon Studios, Skydance Television and Paramount Television.
As previously reported, Maria Sten, Bruce McGill, Hugh Thompson, Malcolm Goodwin, Willa Fitzgerald and Chris Webster have already scored roles in the series.
Joining them are Marc Bendavid (“Dark Matter”) and Kristin Kreuk (“Smallville”) who are set to play married couple Hubble and Charlie. He’s a frazzled accountant living beyond his means, she’s a refined former debutante and both are tougher than they look.
Next, Willie C. Carpenter (“Devious Maids”) is Mosley is the town barber happy to help Reacher understand the town. Currie Graham (“Murder in the First”) is Kliner Sr. Beloved, a formidable businessman with a dark side.
Harvey Guillen (“What We Do in the Shadows”) is the town’s medical examiner overwhelmed and terrified by multiple local murders. Finally, Maxwell Jenkins (“Lost in Space”) plays a young version of Reacher in flashbacks as he learns life lessons.
Child, Don Granger, Christopher McQuarrie, Scott Sullivan, David Ellison and Dana Goldberg all executive produce.
