“Star Trek Into Darkness” actress Alice Eve has signed to star in the haunted ocean liner horror tale “The Queen Mary,” a movie that intends to be the first in a planned trilogy by Imagination Design Works.
The story is inspired by tales of hauntings aboard the famed multi-storied ocean liner which is now permanently docked in Long Beach, California where it receives two million visitors each year. How this will work as a multi-film project is unclear.
Gary Shore (“Dracula Untold”) will direct off of a screenplay written by Stephen Oliver, Tom Vaughan, and Shore. Mali Elfman, Brett Tomberlin, Nigel Sinclair, Nicholas Ferrall, Thorsten Schumacher, Lars Sylvest, Jason Newmark and Laurie Cook will produce.
