Disney is reportedly developing a live-action film based on Shannon Messenger’s bestselling book series “Keeper of the Lost Cities”.
Ben Affleck is attached to direct, produce through his Pearl Street label and co-write the script with Kate Gritmon. Madison Ainley will also executive produce.
The award-winning story follows a telepathic twelve-year-old girl who must figure out why she is the key to her brand-new world before the wrong person finds the answer first.
Affleck recently starred in te sports drama “The Way Back” which earned him some of the best reviews of his career.
