Wes Anderson keeps recruiting his regulars for his next film with Adrien Brody the third name joining Bill Murray and Tilda Swinton in Anderson’s next feature to be shot in Spain.
Little is known about the project which will mark the fifth time Brody has made a movie with Anderson following “Grand Budapest Hotel,” “The Fantastic Mr. Fox,” “The Darjeeling Limited” and this year’s “The French Dispatch”.
After a fairly quiet five years or so with only the odd appearance in indie films and a season-long “Peaky Blinders” arc, Brody is making a big comeback this year.
Along with “French Dispatch,” the actor has roles in Andrew Dominik’s Marilyn Monroe biopic “Blonde,” the Charlie Day comedy “El Tonto,” an untitled London stage-set murder mystery film with Sam Rockwell and Saoirse Ronan.
He also has a major role in the third season of HBO’s “Succession,” will lead the upcoming Epix series Stephen King adaptation “Chapelwaite,” and is playing coach Pat Riley in HBO’s untitled Los Angeles Lakers limited series from Adam McKay.
