Less than a week after launching “Luke Cage” on the platform, Netflix has announced a March 17th 2017 premiere date for the fourth of their collaborations with Marvel – “Iron Fist”.
The thirteen-episode first season stars Finn Jones as a once missing billionaire turned martial arts master named Danny Rand. To celebrate the news, the streaming service has also released a date announcement trailer and a new shot of Jones in action.
Jessica Henwick, David Wenham, Jessica Stroup, Carrie-Anne Moss and Tom Pelphrey also star in the series which comes before the team-up project “The Defenders” which launches late next year.
