Rosario Dawson tells MTV News that her next project will be the thriller “Eagle Eye.”
“Disturbia” director D.J. Caruso and star Shia LaBeouf are re-teaming for the project about a young slacker whose overachieving twin brother has died mysteriously. When the young man returns home, both he and a single mother find they have been framed as terrorists.
Forced to become members of a cell that has plans to carry out a political assassination, they must work together to extricate themselves.
Due to her commitment, she doesn’t think she’ll be part of Kevin Smith’s “Zack and Miri Make a Porno,” saying that “I don’t think I’m going to be a part of it. He wrote it for me, but I’m just signing on to do [“Eagle Eye”] and that’s going to be shooting from November to March.”
“Eagle Eye” is targeting an October 10, 2008 release.
