Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures got started early on their San Diego Comic Con publicity push for the “Godzilla” reboot opening May 2014.
The company has transformed a section of Downtown San Diego into a scene resembling a destroyed Tokyo, along with a theme park style multi-level Godzilla Encounter that will be open throughout the con.
Also out today comes a first look at the monster’s newly designed face, and a piece of concept art – both come from an app tie-in for the event.
