Jamie Foxx and Kevin Hart are in talks to team-up for the comedy “The Black Phantom” at Screen Gems.
The story follows a hitman double-crossed by his employer. The hitman is forced to seek out his successor – the African-American assassin known as ‘The Black Phantom’.
Hart’s “Ride Along” director Tim Story is in negotiations to helm. Dave Lease and Megan Hinds penned the script.
