After scoring stellar reviews for his filmmaking debut back in 2009 with “A Single Man,” many have wondered what fashion industry giant Tom Ford might do for a potential follow-up. Now, it looks like he’s finally ready.
Speaking with WWD, Ford has confirmed that he finished a new screenplay last fall for an adaptation of a yet-to-be-revealed thriller novel.
He says the early stages of casting are already underway, that this will be a two-part film and that the plan is to shoot the movie over the course of six weeks this Fall during an open window in his schedule from mid-September through December.
