Appearing on Canada’s The Morning Show, Gary Oldman has cheered on his “Slow Horses” co-star Jack Lowden as the next potential 007, adding that he hears they’ve already cast the role with someone:
Oldman reportedly said: “It’s been rumored that [Lowden] is on the shortlist. We’re going to find out pretty soon, aren’t we? Because they have picked him. They have made their choice, but they have not announced it yet. So my fingers are crossed for Jack.” [Source: THR]
Antarctica
Following a recent resurgence in work with “28 Years Later” and the upcoming “Ink,” Danny Boyle says that “Antarctica” at Searchlight Pictures is looking to be his possible next film.

Quiet Land
Bill Murray and Léa Seydoux will star in “Sister” and “The Line” director Ursula Meier’s new film “Quiet Land” which is set in Montana but shot in Alberta, and will film next year. Murray stars as respected elderly Montana Highway Patrolman Connor McCluskey.
In the film, Connor investigates two puzzling fatal car crashes. Following a medical evaluation, he is dismissed from the force. Concerned a neighbour may suffer the same fate, he continues on his own – has he uncovered an inexplicable criminal plot, or is he slowly losing his mind? [Source: Variety]
The Inbetweeners 3
Netflix has officially confirmed that filming has begun on the third “The Inbetweeners” movie with Simon Bird, James Buckley, Blake Harrison and Joe Thomas reprising their roles from the original hit show and films.
The hugely popular coming-of-age sitcom followed the misadventures of suburban teenager Will McKenzie and his friends and was originally broadcast on Channel 4 between 2008 and 2010.
