After five seasons, Amazon Prime Video’s “The Boys” finally comes to an end this coming Wednesday with the finale.
Now, a new poster for the episode has been released and can be seen below – one of which has Billy Butcher with the crowbar walking towards a devastated White House with Homelander above it.
Showrunner Eric Kripke previously said of the finale’s runtime that they won’t be supersizing the episode, which will clock in at 65 minutes.
The posters come as the fifth season has been on the receiving end of heavy criticism for spinning its wheels with odd creative pivots and spending far too much time setting up the upcoming prequel series “Vought Rising”.
Many fans have been hoping for something with much more epic scale than we’ve seen so far. Can the series course correct in its finale?
The episode will be screened in cinemas starting late Tuesday night, with the episode releasing on the streamer shortly after.
