“LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight” Launch Trailer

Warner Bros., TT Games

The launch trailer has been released for “LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight,” a lengthy new Batman LEGO title that pays tribute to many different eras of Batman.

This can be seen in the trailer set to Seal’s “Kiss from a Rose” which was created for “Batman Forever” back in 1995.

The game’s main campaign story clocks in at 15 hours broken up into six chapters, while side quests add another 15 hours of gameplay – a total 30-hour count (not including collectibles).

That’s easily the longest LEGO game to date and ahead of most of the “Batman Arkham” titles. The team is incorporating elements from multiple Batman media over decades into every character.

The results are all sorts of homages to Burton, Shumacher and Nolan’s Batman films, the “Batman: Arkham” games, the old 60s TV series, the 90s animated series and more.

“LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight” hits May 22nd 2026 and DLC for the game will release in September.
