Defenders Return In “Daredevil: Born Again” S3

Marvel Studios very much appears to be getting the Defenders band back together for the upcoming third season of “Daredevil: Born Again”.

Photos are popping up all over social media and on legitimate photo library sites of snaps confirmed to be taken today (April 3rd 2026) of Krysten Ritter, Finn Jones and Mike Colter together and in costume filming scenes for the third season.

In one shot posted at GettyImages.com, the three actors are seen leaving a building – Ritter in her typical Jessica Jones gear of black leather jacket, pale blue jeans and boots. Behind her, Jones and Colter are wearing dark robes with hoods, but haven’t really done them up much.

Underneath, Colter appears to be wearing a dark gold suit and tie very, very similar to what he was wearing in the finale of his “Luke Cage” series. Jones is decked out in a white shirt and dark green pants again very similar to his Danny Rand clothing from the “Iron Fist” series.

Further shots taken by fan accounts, such as Hadosensi, show the trio along with Karen Page actress Deborah Ann Woll and actress Zabryna Guevara who plays Sheila Rivera (who is expected to succeed Mayor Fisk and was briefly seen as the new Mayor in the “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” trailer) amid production trucks.

Another caught a glimpse of a scene with Ritter’s Jones entering a doorway with Colter’s Cage on the other side – again in the suit. Filming on the third season recently got underway and is expected to continue for the next few months ahead of a planned release in early 2027.
