“The Pitt” Season 2 Finale Hits Cinemas Early

HBO Max

HBO Max and Warner Bros. Television are set to team with Alamo Drafthouse Cinema on advance fan screenings of the second season finale of the Emmy-winning series “The Pitt”.

Screenings of the Noah Wyle-led series will take place on Monday, April 13th, at around ten Alamo Drafthouse locations within the United States. The finale is screening in cinemas a full three days before the episode releases on HBO Max on April 16th.

The screenings are being promoted as a tribute to healthcare workers, saying the aim is to “honor the dedication and impact of healthcare professionals across the country”.

Healthcare professionals, active or retired, are encouraged to reserve their seat with the purchase of a $10 food and beverage voucher. All attendees will receive special giveaways tied to the show.

Screenings will be held in New York City, Los Angeles, Boston, San Francisco, Denver, Austin, Raleigh, Twin Cities and in Naples, Florida. Tickets are now available at Drafthouse.com.

The critically acclaimed series won five Emmy awards for its first season, including Best Series, and received an early third-season renewal in January.
