Burns & Co. have premiered the first trailer for “Jimmy,” the new biopic of iconic “Rear Window” and “It’s A Wonderful Life” leading man Jimmy Stewart.
“Riverdale” actor KJ Apa plays the man during one of the most transformative times in his life.
Stewart was one of America’s most beloved actors and won the Oscar for Best Actor in “The Philadelphia Story”.
He then enlisted as a combat pilot in the U.S. Army Air Corps at the beginning of World War II, flew 20 missions over Europe, and rose to the rank of colonel by the end of the war.
Returning home, both broken and disheartened, he found himself saved by his role in the stone-cold holiday classic “It’s a Wonderful Life”.
Kara Killmer, Neal McDonough, Max Casell, Jason Alexander, Christopher McDonald, Sarah Drew, Rob Riggle, Julian Works, and Jen Lilley co-star while Justin Strawhand penned the script.
“Jimmy” debuts exclusively in theaters November 6th 2026.
