Peacock has unveiled the full trailer for the new espionage thriller series “The Copenhagen Test” starring “Shang Chi” and “Barbie” star Simu Liu alongside former “Scream” star Melissa Barrera.
Liu plays Alexander Hale, a first-generation Chinese-American intelligence analyst who realises his brain has been hacked, giving the perpetrators access to everything he sees and hears.
Caught between his shadowy agency and the unknown hackers, he must maintain a performance 24/7 to flush out who’s responsible and prove where his allegiance lies.
Sinclair Daniel, Brian D’Arcy James, Mark O’Brien, and Kathleen Chalfant also star.
The series was created by co-showrunner and writer Thomas Brandon (“Legacies”), while Jennifer Yale (“See,” “Outlander”) also serves as co-showrunner and writer.
Liu, Brandon, Yale, James Wan, Rob Hackett, Mark Winemaker and Jet Wilkinson serve as executive producers.
“The Copenhagen Test” will premiere in its entirety on December 27th.
