Netflix has released a new featurette for “Stranger Things: Tales From ’85,” the new animated series based on the streamer’s famed supernatural series.
The series unfolds between the events of the second and third seasons of the live-action series.
Welcome back to Hawkins in the stark winter of 1985, where the original characters must fight new monsters and unravel a paranormal mystery terrorising their town.
The featurette boasts creators Matt and Ross Duffer discussing the show alongside showrunner Eric Robles, who aims to capture the magic of the original.
The voice cast includes Brooklyn Davey Norstedt as Eleven, Jolie Hoang-Rappaport as Max, Luca Diaz as Mike, Ej (Elisha) Williams as Lucas, Braxton Quinney as Dustin, Ben Plessala as Will, and Brett Gipson as Hopper. Additional voice cast includes Odessa A’zion, Janeane Garofalo, and Lou Diamond Phillips.
“Stranger Things: Tales From ’85” does not yet have a premiere date beyond it being expected to arrive on Netflix in 2026.
