The full cast for the upcoming thirteenth season of “American Horror Story” has been announced with “Wicked” star Ariana Grande joining the roster.
That’s not all, as Jessica Lange will return to the franchise for the first time since Season 8 (‘Apocalypse’).
Also back are former alum like Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Gabourey Sidibe and Leslie Grossman.
The FX anthology series will return next Halloween, with the cast announcement made by co-creator and executive producer Ryan Murphy in a video on his social media channel.
The posting also includes the quote “Surprise, bitch. I bet you thought you’d seen the last of me” which hails from Emma Roberts’ Madison Montgomery character in the third season ‘Coven’.
The most recent season was “American Horror Story: Delicate” which wrapped in April last year – putting the gap between that the new season at two-and-a-half years.
