Full Trailer: “The Witcher” Season 4

Netflix

While a previous teaser last month was essentially just a standalone clip, Netflix has now finally unveiled the official trailer for the fourth season of its epic fantasy series “The Witcher”.

Liam Hemsworth takes over the role of Geralt of Rivia in the new season which will not be split this time and will release fully on October 30th.

In the new season, Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri find themselves separated by a raging war and countless enemies and they soon stumble on unexpected allies eager to join their journeys.

The new season will include Laurence Fishburne as Regis, Sharlto Copley as Leo Bonhard and Danny Woodburn as Zoltan Chivay. They join returnees Anya Chalotra as Yennefer, Freya Allan as Ciri, Eamon Farren as Cahir, Joey Batey as Jaskier and Meng’er Zhang as Milva.

The release ends a two-and-a-half year hiatus after the previous third season, with Henry Cavill in his final turn as Geralt, premiering back in mid-2023.

Filming on the fourth season began in April last year and on the fifth and final season in March this year with that latter one to air in 2026. The two seasons are expected to cover the three remaining books – “Baptism of Fire,” “The Tower of the Swallow,” and “Lady of the Lake”.
