Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse
Sony Pictures Animation has moved up the release date of “Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse” by a week, the title now set to release in cinemas on June 18th 2027.
Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Jason Schwartzman, Karan Soni, Daniel Kaluuya and Nicolas Cage all return for this direct sequel to 2023’s “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse”. [Source: Sony Pictures]
Spider-Man: Brand New Day
Tom Holland is currently taking the week off from “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” filming as he recovers from a mild concussion, but that hasn’t stopped some stunt filming from going on in the UK.
New video has emerged showing a stunt person dressed as Spidey attempting to stop an out-of-control tank, while attempting to fend off the Department of Damage Control. It essentially looks like part of the chase scene shot in Glasgow early last month.
Nobody Wants This
Netflix has released the official trailer for the second season of its acclaimed romantic comedy series “Nobody Wants This” which returns October 23rd with ten new episodes. Season 2 guest stars include Kate Berlant, Miles Fowler, Alex Karpovsky, and Arian Moayed.
The new season sees Kristen Bell‘s Joanne and Adam Brody‘s Noah navigating the next phase of their relationship. It teases some of the issues they must face together to make their relationship work, including dealing with how their different religious views will affect their future.
Charlotte’s Web
HBO Max has announced that a three-part animated mini-series “Charlotte’s Web,” based on E.B. White’s 1952 novel, will debut in its entirety on Thursday, October 2nd on the streamer. Oscar winner Luke Matheny is overseeing the mini-series from Sesame Workshop.
It tells the heartwarming story of friendship, hope and the power of simple acts of kindness through the bond between Wilbur (Elijah Wood), a gentle pig, and Charlotte (Amy Adams), a wise and selfless spider who vows to save him.
Forza Horizon 6
The Xbox Tokyo Game Show livestream has confirmed that open world driving game “Forza Horizon 6” will take place primarily in Japan. “Forza Horizon 6” will launch first on Xbox Series X|S consoles and PC in 2026 while Playground Games and Turn 10 Studios will handle the PS5 port.
