Marvel Studios has premiered the first deleted scene from “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” following this morning’s news that the title will hit digital next week.
The sequence is one that both actors Vanessa Kirby and Paul Walter Hauser have said interviews they wished had made it to the final cut.
The scene follows a pregnant Sue Storm visiting Subterranea, the Mole Man’s domain deep beneath New York, to deal with a problem and deals with the unlikely friendship between Mole Man and Sue.
In the scene however Sue is a tough negotiator and threatens Mole Man at one point, including talking of using her powers to give him a brain aneurysm.
“The Fantastic Four: First Steps” will arrive on digital on Tuesday September 23rd, and will then hit 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD release on Tuesday, October 14th.
The film has managed a worldwide gross of over $518 million at the box office.
