Timothee Chalamet is looking to re-team with his “A Complete Unknown” director James Mangold on “High Side” at Chernin Entertainment.

The story follows Billy, a gifted motocross racer haunted by a crash that ended his career along with his own family’s legacy of abandonment. These days he’s caring for his elderly addict father and the family garage.

One day, just after the father’s death, his estranged older brother Cole appears with a proposition: using Billy’s talents to rob banks. Cole assembles a mismatched crew and they begin knocking over small-town desert banks with speed and precision.

But as the stakes rise, an FBI agent named Lennox who shares a complicated history with Cole, closes in while the crew prepares for its biggest score: a job timed with a big motorcycle parade.

The project is based on an unpublished short story by Jaime Oliveira.

Chalamet is currently shooting “Dune: Three” and has the Josh Safdie-directed table tennis drama “Marty Supreme” opening in December.
