Amazon Prime Video has released the official trailer for “Gen V,” the upcoming college-set spinoff of Amazon’s “The Boys”.
“Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” duo Jaz Sinclair and Chance Perdomo reunite in the project which also includes the likes of “Supernatural” alum Alexander Calvert, Jason Ritter and Clancy Brown.
Set at America’s only college exclusively for young adult superheroes (run by Vought International), this explores the lives of hormonal, competitive Supes as they put their physical, sexual, and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the school’s top ranking.
Lizze Broadway, Shelley Conn, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, Asa Germann, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sean Patrick Thomas, and Marco Pigossi also star.
Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters serve as showrunners and executive producers. Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Neal H. Moritz, Ori Marmur, Pavun Shetty, Ken Levin, Jason Netter, Garth Ennis, Darick Robertson, Craig Rosenberg, Zak Schwartz, Erica Rosbe, Michaela Starr, and Brant Engelstein also executive produce.
The show will debut on the streamer on September 29th. Three episodes will launch on that day. The remainder will be released weekly until the season finale on November 3rd.
