Amazon Prime has released the full trailer for its eight-episode comedic-thriller series “The Consultant” starring Oscar winner Christoph Waltz.
The story begins when a new consultant, Regus Patoff (Waltz), is hired to improve the business at the App-based gaming company CompWare following the death of its CEO.
The workplace environment suddenly becomes uncomfortable for the employees as Regus begins to implement harsh changes including unreasonable firings along with new demands and challenges that put everything into question… including their lives.
Nat Wolff, Brittany O’Grady and Aimee Carrero co-star in the series based on the 2015 novel written by Bentley Little. The show is created and executive produced by Tony Basgallop who serves as showrunner.
Waltz, Matt Shakman, Steve Stark, and Andrew Mittman executive produce, with Shakman helming the pilot for MGM Television and Amazon Studios.
“The Consultant” will be available for streaming on February 24th.
