Out doing promotional rounds for the “Enola Holmes” sequel, which dropped on Netflix on Friday, actress Millie Bobby Brown revealed that there’s one role she would love to play in the future – pop superstar Britney Spears.
Appearing on The Drew Barrymore Show recently, Brown revealed that her dream role is to star in a biopic of Spears someday. Asked why, she says she feels a connection to Spears and her story:
“I think her story, first of all, resonates with me. Growing up in the public eye, watching her videos, watching interviews of her when she was young. I mean, same thing with you, I see the scramble for words, and I don’t know her, but when I look at pictures of her, I feel like I could tell her story in the right way – and hers only.”
Brown certainly has experience becoming famous at a young age, the currently eighteen years old actress rose to fame at just twelve years old when she was cast as Eleven in “Stranger Things”.
Of course, she’s also one of the most in-demand actresses out there right now. She is currently filming Joe and Anthony Russo’s “The Electric State” and has a fifth season of “Stranger Things” on the way. She’ll also be seen in next year’s Netflix fantasy film “Damsel”.
