Marvel Studios has released the official trailer for its “Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special”. In addition, a November 25th airdate has been set for the Marvel Special Presentation.
In the special, the Guardians travel to Earth at Christmas time to find a gift for Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), who has been upset following Gamora’s disappearance.
Their plan leads them to Hollywood, where Drax and Mantis go out in search of Kevin Bacon (playing himself), an actor Star-Lord has praised in the past.
Groot, Cosmo, Rocket Raccoon, Nebula, and more can be seen in the clip. The special arrives ahead of “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” on May 5th next year.
