IGN has premiered the trailer for Netflix documentary series “Eat the Rich: The GameStop Saga” which will hit the streamer on September 28th.
Emmy and Academy Award-winning filmmakers Dan Cogan and Liz Garbus are behind the series which captures the wild ride of a group of misfits who banded together online to rescue GameStop.
The resulting market frenzy saw legions of amateur traders go up against hedge fund goliaths, and aims to give a humorous look at the unlikely cast of characters who brought about a seismic shift to the global economy.
