Netflix has announced plans for a rebooted “Teletubbies” which will launch twenty-six twelve-minute-long episodes on the streaming service from November 14th.
The new series will once again follow the quartet – Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa, and Po – as they engage in educational adventures under the watchful eyes of a sun baby.
The news series is set to be narrated by Tituss Burgess (“The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt”) and will star Jeremiah Krage (“Doctor Who”) as Tinky Winky, Nick Kellington (“Rogue One”) as Dipsy, Rebecca Hyland (“Maleficent: Mistress of Evil”) as Laa-Laa, and Rachelle Beinart (“Wonder Woman 1984”) as Po.
Andrew Davenport, co-creator of the original series, is back for the new incarnation.
