After the premiere episode omitted them, the second episode of HBO’s “House of the Dragon” included the show’s opening credits which has delivered a sense of deja vu.
The sequence uses the “Game of Thrones” theme, not an original song, and again delivers a camera whipping around a scale model.
This time instead of showing off key locations across Westeros with clockwork-style mechanisms, the camera here floats around a model of Old Valyria with blood pouring through channels of it.
The series has already been renewed for a second season and has eight more episodes to come in this first run. It will continue airing Sundays at 9pm on HBO.
