Netflix has announced dates and released a few trailers for multiple shows coming in the next few months.
First up comes the news that the limited series “Lost Ollie” will premiere on August 24th. The series follows a lost toy who braves the many dangers of childhood as he searches the countryside to reunite with the boy who lost him.
Oscar-winner Peter Ramsey helms the series which boasts voiceovers from Mary J Blige, Jonathan Groff, Tim Blake Nelson, Gina Rodriguez and Jake Johnson.
A few days before that, the second season of “The Cuphead Show” is set to debut on the service and will include twelve new episodes and have a larger role for Grey DeLisle’s Ms. Chalice.
Next comes the official trailer for “Keep Breathing” which debuts on July 28th. Melissa Barrera plays a New York lawyer whose private plane crashes in the remote Canadian frontier. She’s alive but alone and must battle both an unforgiving wilderness and past personal traumas to stay alive.
Finally, there’s the trailer for “Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight,” the forthcoming animated series featuring the return of Jack Black to his iconic role of Dragon Warrior Po. Here he takes on Klaus and Veruca – a pair of weasels who are planning to take over the world. The series releases on July 14th.
