Jake Schreier (“Paper Towns,” “Dave,” “Robot & Frank”) has been set as the director of the new Marvel Studios tentpole film “Thunderbolts” which is currently in development.
“Black Widow” scribe Eric Pearson is penning the script which revolves around a group of supervillains who go on missions for the government.
It’s not clear who will be a part of the team, but it’s said Marvel has been in touch with actors already a part of the MCU and advised them to keep an opening in their schedules for next summer when it films.
Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige will produce.
