“Stargate” franchise showrunner Robert C. Cooper will direct the ten-episode sci-fi series “Generation Mars” based on Douglas D. Meredith’s book series.

“Atlanta” star Brian Tyree Henry has joined Oscar-nominated cinematographer Rachel Morrison’s directorial debut, the boxing drama “Flint Strong” at Universal and MGM.
