Warner Bros. Pictures has reportedly won an intense bidding war for the Jason Momoa film project currently going by the working title “The Executioner”.
The project is billed as a fun action murder mystery and is pegged as “Knives Out meets The Lord of the Rings”. Further story specifics are under wraps.
No director is attached as of yet, but the film boasts a script by “Eternals” scribes Kaz and Ryan Firpo who most recently penned Justin Kurzel’s upcoming Nazi-hunting film “Ruin”. “Aquaman” producer Peter Safran will also produce.
