Paramount+ has released a first-look photo of Sylvester Stallone in the title role of “Yellowstone” creator Taylor Sheridan’s new mob drama TV series “Tulsa King”.

Marking his first regular TV series role, Stallone stars as New York mafia capo Dwight ‘The General’ Manfredi who took the fall for his bosses and serves a 25-year prison sentence.

Upon release and realising his mob family doesn’t have his best interests at heart, he sets up shop up in Tulsa, Oklahoma which becomes a place to build his own criminal empire.

The project is one of several Sheridan has done for the Paramount+ service along with “1883” and “Mayor Of Kingstown” having already aired while “Lioness,” “Land Man” and “Bass Reeves” are also on the way.
