Just one week out from the release of Marvel Studios’ “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,” and the Disney marketing machine appears to be playing things a little looser when it comes to spoilers regarding the Sam Raimi-directed sequel.
POTENTIAL SPOILERS AHEAD
A new thirty-second TV spot has arrived, this one once again appearing to have Patrick Stewart back as Professor X – albeit this time only showing the hand of someone using a wheelchair that looks like a 1950s yellow convertible. There’s also Stewart saying a different line of dialogue to the previous trailer, and this time it’s very clearly the “Star Trek: Picard” actor.
That’s not all though as the new spot also includes a brief glimpse of the Multiverse variant Captain Carter who stole the show in the animated “What If?” TV series, along with yet another Illuminati name drop.
“Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” is scheduled to arrive in theaters on May 6th.
