Tyler Perry’s grandmother character Madea is back in “A Madea Homecoming,” a Netflix film that just released its trailer today ahead of its premiere on February 25th.
Perry will write, direct and star in the movie which marks the twelfth installment in the long-running Madea Cinematic Universe that began with 2005’s “Diary of a Mad Black Woman”
This one centers around her great-grandson’s college graduation as hidden secrets and family drama threaten to destroy a happy reunion. Also starring are Tamela Mann as Cora, David Mann as Mr. Brown, Cassi Davis Patton as Aunt Bam, and Brendan O’Carroll as Agnes Brown.
