Paramount+ has just re-upped much of its current “Star Trek” line-up, even with several having not yet aired or finished their latest run.
Flagship series “Star Trek: Discovery” has been renewed for a fifth season. The series is currently on break and returns with the back half of the fourth season from February 10th.
The animated comedy “Star Trek: Lower Decks” has scored a renewal for a fourth season of ten episodes, even as the show’s ten-episode third season won’t premiere until sometime this Summer.
The highly anticipated “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds,” which sees Anson Mount returning as Captain Pike in adventures set onboard the Enterprise in the time before Captain Kirk, has finally set a date.
That series will premiere on the service from May 5th with new episodes dropping weekly on Thursdays. That’s not all though as the streamer has also renewed the series for a second season.
Finally, the second season of “Star Trek: Picard” has locked in a premiere date of Thursday, March 3rd. That series is currently in production on its third season.
