A March 11th premiere date has been set for the Samuel L. Jackson-led six-episode limited series drama “The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey” on the Apple TV+ service.

Based on the novel by Walter Mosley, Jackson plays an ailing man forgotten by everyone until he is assigned to the care of orphaned teenager Robyn (Dominique Fishback).

When they learn about a treatment that can restore Ptolemy’s dementia-addled memories, a journey toward shocking truths about the past, present and future emerge.

Cynthia Kaye McWilliams, Damon Gupton, Marsha Stephanie Blake, Walton Goggins and Omar Miller co-star.

Mosley penned and executive produces the series which will debut with two episodes, followed by new episodes dropping every Friday. Jackson, Diane Houslin, Ramin Bahrani, Eli Selden, David Levine, and LaTanya Richardson also executive produce.
