Just over two weeks out from release, Warner Bros. Pictures has announced that the full trailer for Lana Wachowski’s “The Matrix Resurrections” is set to arrive on Monday.
The clip will drop as tickets for the movie will go on sale. A brief tease of that trailer release is out below. In addition a tweet from the company also promises “Other EPIC Announcements”.
The tweet comes as over the weekend Metro reports that some sort of PS5 tie-in to the film is happening titled “The Matrix Awakens: An Unreal Engine 5 Experience”. Further specifics weren’t revealed.
Wachowski has co-written the film with “Cloud Atlas” writer David Mitchell and Aleksandar Hemon – the trio previously worked together on Netflix’s “Sense8”.
