Attack on Titan
Crunchyroll has announced that the second part of the final season of anime smash “Attack on Titan” will kick off on the service starting January 9th. The series will be available subtitled in eight languages and in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide. The series will also simultaneously release on Funimation and Hulu. Trivial Pursuit
LeVar Burton is set to host a game show version of classic board game “Trivial Pursuit” for eOne. Burton will also executive produce the series along with Sangita Patel, Tara Long and Geno McDermott.
No network is currently attached to the series. Burton was among the most popular choices to take over “Jeopardy!” with Mayim Bialik and Ken Jennings ultimately now set to host. [Source: Variety]
Manifest
Production has officially kicked off on the Netflix-produced fourth season of “Manifest”. The creator and actors behind the former NBC missing-plane mystery drama series have posted photos on social media about going into production on a fourth and final season. [Source: Twitter]
Billy the Kid
EPIX has premiered the first trailer for “Vikings” and “The Tudors” creator Michael Hirst’s new eight-episode series “Billy the Kid” which explores the life of the infamous American outlaw. Tom Blyth (“Benediction”) stars as Billy alongside Daniel Webber as infamous gang leader Jesse Evans. The series launches sometime next year.
Emily in Paris
Netflix has premiered the trailer for a second season of the Lily Collins-led “Emily in Paris” which returns to the service on December 22nd. Lucien Laviscount joins the cast of the new season as a potential new love interest.
