Eternals Gets Two End Credits Scenes

Marvel Studios’ “Eternals” movie will close out with not one, but two key end credit scenes according to director Chloe Zhao.

The mid and post-credits sequences in Marvel films tend to have one that’s mostly a joke sequence, whilst another that impacts the MCU overall. According to Zhao though, both of the Eternals scenes are equally important for the MCU as a whole. She tells Fandango:

“Don’t just stay for the first one – also stay for the second one, too. They are equally as important in weight, and both have big surprises for you.”

Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige has described the film as having an impact that will “be nothing less than redefining the cinematic universe entirely” which suggests something big is coming.

“Eternals” clocks in at a massive 156-minute runtime and is scheduled to be released in movie theaters in the United States on November 5th.
