Mandy Patinkin, coming off a strong turn in Paramount+ series “The Good Fight,” is set to star in Hulu’s upcoming detective drama “Career Opportunities in Murder and Mayhem” which has been ordered to pilot.
How do you solve a murder in a post-fact world? On ocean liner filled with the wealthy and powerful, everyone is hiding something… but who is the killer? The world’s once greatest detective, Rufus Cotesworth (Patinkin), and his protege aim to discover the truth.
Mike Flanagan’s good luck charm and the thinking geek’s pin-up Rahul Kohli also stars alongside Violett Beane, Lauren Patten, Hugo Diego Garcia and Angela Zhou.
The series hails from writers Mike Weiss and Heidi Cole McAdams who will serve as executive producers and co-showrunners. Marc Webb will direct the pilot and executive produce for ABC Signature.
