The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder
Disney+ has released a new featurette of “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder” going into voice talent returning to the revival of the groundbreaking animated series.
The clip also goes into the huge guest stars involved in the misadventures of Penny Proud as she navigates her teenage years alongside a wacky and wild family.
Lizzo, Lil Nas X, Chance the Rapper, Normani, Leslie Odom Jr., Tiffany Haddish, Lena Waithe, Gabrielle Union, Anthony Anderson, Debbie Allen, Courtney B. Vance, Jane Lynch, Jaden Smith and Bretman Rock among others will lend their voices to the series which hits in 2022.
Batman Unburied
Hasan Minhaj will voice The Riddler, Lance Reddick and Toks Olagundoye are Thomas and Martha Wayne, John Rhys-Davies is Dr. Hunter and Ashly Burch will voice Vicki Vale in the upcoming DC Spotify podcast “Batman Unburied”.
The project hails from “Batman Begins” scribe David S. Goyer and sees Bruce Wayne (Winston Duke) as a forensic pathologist tasked with examining the victims of gruesome serial killer The Harvester. Jason Isaacs also stars as Alfred Pennyworth. [Source: Variety]

Peacock has renewed late night series “The Amber Ruffin Show” for a second season to premiere on October 8th with new episodes every Friday. Ruffin was the first African American female to write for a late-night network talk show in the U.S. [Source: Variety]

Yesterday Apple announed its iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro models, the latter designed with various upgrades for use in moviemaking including a cinematic mode with support for ProRes video and post-adjustable focus.
Today, Apple has released a trailer showing Oscar-winning director Kathryn Bigelow filming scenes for a variety of different film genres (western, war, sci-fi horror, action, romance) using only an iPhone 13 Pro.
