Showtime has renewed its drama series “The Chi” for a fifth season – the order coming hot on the heels of the show’s fourth season finale. According to the network, the series is averaging 4.2 million viewers per episode this season. [Source: Variety]
Delilah
Director Alexis Ostrander (“Sweet Tooth”) has signed on to direct Screen Gems’ “Delilah” as her feature debut. Harrison Query and Tommy Wallach penned the script while Scott Glassgold will produce for Ground Control Entertainment.

Life is Strange: True Colors
Square Enix and Deck Nine have premiered a new trailer for “Life is Strange: True Colors,” this one showcasing the game’s setting of Haven Springs, Colorado in the Rocky Mountains.
The main storyline will follow Alex Chen, a highly empathetic individual who can literally feel the emotions of others as she attempts to solve her brother’s mysterious death. The game is targeting a September 10th launch on PC, Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox and Stadia.
Rick and Morty
Adult Swim released a new “Rick and Morty”-themed anime short “Summer Meets God” from director Takashi Sano (“Tower of God”) on YouTube. This is the second ‘Morty’ short by Sano following last year’s “Rick and Morty vs. Genocider” and has definite “Voltron” and “Evangelion” inspired elements.
