MGM has landed the global distribution rights to Zoe Kravitz’s feature directorial debut “Pussy Island” and has set BAFTA winner Naomi Ackie (“Master of None,” “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker”) in the lead role alongside Channing Tatum.
Ackie will play the Los Angeles cocktail waitress Frida who skillfully maneuvers her way into the inner circle of philanthropist and tech mogul Slater King (Tatum).
Joining an intimate gathering on his private island, she soon senses there is more to this island than meets the eye. Something she can’t quite put her finger on.
Kravitz and E.T. Feigenbaum penned the project which Kravitz, Bruce Cohen and Tiffany Persons produce.
