Madelyn Cline (“Outer Banks”) is set to join Daniel Craig in the next installment of “Knives Out” for Netflix, boarding a large ensemble cast that includes Dave Bautista, Janelle Monae, Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Kate Hudson and Edward Norton. Better Nate Than Ever
“Friends” star Lisa Kudrow has joined the Disney+ family musical comedy “Better Nate Than Ever” which Tim Federle will pen and direct while Marc Platt will produce. Filming is now underway in New York.
The story follows a 13 year-old Pittsburgher who sneaks off with his best friend to a major musical audition in New York. A chance encounter with his long-lost aunt (Kudrow) leads to them realising they need each other to make their dreams come true. [Source: Deadline]

Anne Hathaway, Tahar Rahim, Marisa Tomei, Joanna Kulig and Matthew Broderick have been set to lead “Maggie’s Plan” writer-director Rebecca Miller’s romantic comedy “She Came To Me”. The multi-generational ensemble tale is set against the backdrop of New York where the project shoots this Fall.
Story threads include a composer suffering from writer’s block rediscovering his passion after an adventurous one-night stand, a couple of gifted teenagers fighting to prove to the parents that their young love is something that can last forever, and a woman who seemingly has it all finds love in the most unexpected place. Wolf Country
Eiza Gonzalez (“Baby Driver,” “Hobbs & Shaw”) has been cast in the ‘muscular thriller’ “Wolf Country” which is being directed by Jennifer Fox (“The Tale”) from a script by Peter Begler.
The story centers on a young deputy shunned by her entire community after she uncovers a large drug haul that implicates the town’s beloved sheriff – her father. When he escapes custody and flees into the Colorado wilderness, she must bring him to justice. [Source: Variety]
