Amazon Studios, Imagine Entertainment and Chronology are reportedly developing “The U.S.P.S.,” an action-comedy spy movie about the United States Postal Service.
“Coming 2 America” star Jermaine Fowler is in talks to star as Michael Griffiths, a man whose life is upended when his mother is killed in the line of duty as a postal carrier with a mail route full of surprises.
He soon discovers his mother was part of a covert, highly-trained spy organization that hides in plain sight – the United States Postal Service.
Perry Janes penned the 2020 Blacklist screenplay with Brian Grazer, Ron Howard, Karen Lunder, Eric Heisserer and Carmen Lewis set to produce.
