“Life is Strange: True Colors,” a third game in the “Life is Strange” franchise, has just been announced and for the first time the new entry will be an all-in-one release rather than an episodic one.
The new game follows Alex Chen, a young woman with a supernatural ability that allows her to experience, absorb and manipulate the strong emotions of others which she sees as blazing, colored auras.
When her brother dies in a so-called accident, she must at last embrace her volatile power to find the truth – and uncover the dark secrets buried by a small town.
Deck Nine Games, the developers behind the second entry “Life is Strange: Before the Storm,” is teaming with Square Enix External Studios on the title which is also being joined by remastered editions of the first two games featuring improved visuals and animations.
That Remastered Collection will be available as part of the Ultimate Edition of “Life is Strange: True Colors” and as a stand-alone edition later this year
“Life is Strange: True Colors” arrives September 10th for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC Steam, Windows Store and Google Stadia.
