Following its decision to acquire the U.S. rights to Lee Daniels’ “The United States vs. Billie Holiday,” streaming service Hulu has released the first trailer for the feature.
The clip offers the first footage of Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Andra Day as Billie Holiday in this Hulu Original film which will debut on February 26th on the service – just in time for awards consideration.

Pulitzer Prize winner Suzan-Lori Parks penned the script whie Trevante Rhodes, Natasha Lyonne, Garrett Hedlund, Miss Lawrence, Rob Morgan, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Evan Ross, Tyler James Williams, Tone Bell, and Erik LaRay Harvey co-star.
